Horrible. First of all, they forgot our order of French fries which we used a coupon one large pizza, two hoagies, and get a free order of fries. But also, they put cold sancwhiches in a hot bag and a hot sandwhich in a hoagie bag. When my mom called they said that they couldn't use the coupon, but at the same time the expiration date wasn't till the 20th. The person didnt even explain why we couldn't use the coupon. My mom then talked to the manager, but he said the same thing. So my question is are coupons valid at this crappy resturant? ?? We like going to this place, but their seems to be a problem every time we get food from here...
Great place, good food, and very reasonable prices. The beer was $3.50 a glass. You don't find that anywhere anymore. My wife is gluten free, and they had a GF pasta. The servers even knew to not put croûtons on her salad, and that is rare. Go, be happy.
Food is excellent here! Try the tortilla soup if it's on the menu, it was the best I've ever had. Nice atmosphere with the wood fire stove right in the dining room. You can also eat outside of you choose. They have a nice dessert menu as well. I had the lemoncello, it was perfect. Fast service and pricing is great to the quality of food you get.

Shocked and was calling the police. Ordered food took over hour and called to cancel as kids couldn't wait anymore. We are regulars for dine in and delivery. Driver finally came when lights were out and kept banging on doors, windows, ringing door bells.. and called and Manager was trying to argue for me to take food. I asked for Hector to call and that did not happen and kids were scared crying. No food and no refund either... Shock, dismay...... Not sure what else to say. Time to share this on all
Go here about once a month. Good pizza and food. Service is usually excellent. Prices are reasonable.
