If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food was not good, but that’s not what made me never want to come back. It was our waitress, Danielle. I’ve never received such horrible customer service. And what’s worse is that you would think there is a superior who would correct the waitress’ unacceptable behavior. There wasn’t. There was a man who looked like he may have been a manager, but he was too busy messing around with our waitress to acknowledge that the customers were uncomfortable. Further, the whole staff (including manager) would stare my table if we asked for any little thing we needed, like mayo..
Food was below exceptional, drinks are overpriced. $7.50 for a beer in a plastic cup! To make matters worse, after spending good money at this establishment our waitress, Danielle, was barely visible and when she was the manager, or what seemed to be the manager, were both messing around in the kitchen. The staff as whole made myself and my friends very uncomfortable. They need serious culture change among the staff.
Nice place. I stopped by really fast to grab a drink with a friend, but didn't have a chance to try the food. The seafood looks amazing on the menu and in the photos, but I didn't have the luxury of trying it out. They had a fairly large variety of drinks on tap, and in stock. I rarely drink, so I'm not the best guide/reviewer when it comes to a pub or bar-style restaurant. I'd definitely come back again.

I love this place. Every time we go to new hope, we eat here. The hamburgers are the best, very tasty, the cheestake is fine.
Busy on the weekends but the food is good. Outdoor seating. Bands are way to loud. Smoking is ok outside, even at your table. Don't know how that goes over with a lot of people. Parking... Good luck.
Overall, one of the most unsettling places I’ve been to. You couldn’t pay me to go back.
