I honestly can say that I really do enjoy the food there. My favorites are the Buddha satay and zen salad! I like how everything is pretty much prepared IN house! The food is GREAT and plenty to choose from! I like to try something new every time and I must say that nothing has really disappointed me.

First - I had only ordered 2 things. I asked for a Tex Mex Burrito and a Mediterranean Bowl to go. The bowl had olives & almonds in it, which I asked for neither of. Not only did I have to wait literally 20 minutes for my food, they got my order wrong. They called my name and I immediately saw they put the olives and almonds on top of the bowl when I said I didn't want them (Even my receipt said NO olives/almonds). So I pointed it out and they had to make a new bowl, which I had to wait AGAIN for... meanwhile I'm waiting, I see a bunch of flies in the back where they're preparing the food landing on my bowl, landing on other food. It was GROSS.
Simply WOW. The decor and 60's rock n roll were different. Enjoyed every minute. Staff are friendly. And we enjoyed the food.
The food here is absolutely amazing and quite healthy too. They have quick service and friendly staff. I have not tried anything that I didn't like and my wife absolutely loves FRESHII salads. It fills you up, but you don't get the "stuffed" feeling. Love their fresh ingredients!! Juices are awesome. Make sure to check this place out, if not, you're passing up one of the best hidden secrets in the New Hope area! The food fits the budget perfectly whether you are having food with a +1 or need to feed the entire family. The location was clean and the service was great. I will definitely be back. On top of everything the owner was super nice and it definitely has us wanting to support this business.
I'm SUPER unsatisfied with the quality of service and food. They need to train their staff better or something because it wasn't a pleasant experience. I would only go back if they offered a free meal or something to compensate for all the mistakes they made on my order.
I have been going to Freshii for weeks now!
I finally get my food.......and as I'm eating it in my car, they STILL managed to get my bowl wrong even after re-making it. The Mediterranean bowl was supposed to have quinoa in it, but they put rice instead.......also they forgot cucumbers....
The staff are great! I also got to meet the owners Stefani and Stephen and they are nice people! I understand that in the beginning there's a lot to learn. Since I've been going for weeks, recently, staff and service has really improved!
Best steak in Birmingham for sure. Sick of having to drive out of areas to get a decent steak. My new spot for sure.
I also paid an extra $3.50 to add steak to the burrito, and that LITERALLY had about 2 small pieces put in.
It was my first time and last time at this place. I was super disappointed in the service AND food.
I drive 20 minutes to freshii almost everyday for their food! I highly recommend!
