The store itself in Wall is nice and the reps are courteous and helpful. Optimum however, is the worse cable company in the world.
John (Pharo), as my advisor, has alway been very helpful -- not only when assisting with the purchase, but also during the warranty coverage. I was unfortunate to have a mechanical issue (twice) with ADL H128 headphones that I bought from The Cable Company, and he kindly contacted the distributor and helped to completely resolve the issue -- my headphones were replaced under warranty each time (have to also say nice words about RLI Distribution here).
