Great local winery. Decent selection. Good prices.
Great wines, free tastings and they regularly have wine slushies and other specialty drinks during festivals. Wish they had the wine slushies readily available. I am fairly loyal to these guys, but they have competitors in the village now, gotta step up their game. Good experience though, recommended.
Wine store and tasting room with a comfortable, laid back vibe. We sat on couches in a living room setting and purchased flights of wine (3 reds, 3 whites and 3 sweet wines) which gave us an overview of some of their offerings. A tasting bar in another room offered various wine tastings for $8.00. The reds were excellent, bottle prices were competitive, service was friendly and helpful. Cheese spreads and gourmet crackers were available for sale or we were told we could bring food in purchased elsewhere as they do not serve food. Wine is available in "to go" cups for walking around Peddlers Village! We will certainly be back.
I was worned in advance, but the quality of the wines on offer for the prices charged is far below average. I bought their best wine available to bring for dinner in a nearby restaurant, paid 40$ for a bottle (!) and ended up with a light, almost limonade version of what a good wine could taste, lots of berry, no depth and certainly not worth the cash!
Truly horrible experience. Was at there boo wine tasting. They ran out of the mascarpone gelato and barrel select chardonnay. When asked for another round of somthing else to compensate they gave a hard time. Then the guy at station 4 was so rude. Truly a bad experience. Dont come to this winery.
