Lincy Couch, the manager is wonderful. She is very professional and provides very high quality customer service.. She had helped me with an order and was very courteous. She has gone out of her way to make sure that my order was filled in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. She is a kind person who treats her customers with the utmost respect. Prices are very comparable to competitors. Frequent sales and coupons. Friendly staff, awesome organic inventory, hot food buffet daily, excellent salad bar, freshly made bakery items, very clean restrooms, and great hot soup!
Some people don't like it here, but I can't figure out why. They don't have everything, but no grocery store does for me!! I think it is the best Giant in the area and the organic section is growing and has a ton!!
I say this emphatically. The Giant Food Stores staff at New Hope, PA is the best of any other market I've shopped in.
