Easy enough to get a car with Chris working the place! However, despite telling him I had my own car insurance and would not be getting Enterprises private insurance, he decided to sign me up for it anyway. Then he charged me $365 instead of the price guaranteed and confirmed online for $182 through Priceline. When trying to fix the situation, I could never get a hold of him. Tried calling this location and then went above him to the owner who gautenteed me that Chris would give me a call. Never happened. Worst experience of my life with an Enterprise location. WILL NEVER refer this place and certainly won't rent a car from here again.
This is a tiny one man shop. J** does a great job. The cars are clean and the service efficient and by the book. I was very satisfied.
