Regular Dunkin Doughnuts. Good cup of coffee without spending 20 bucks for it.
I have been a regular at new hope Dunkin for a very long time now and am horrified at the customer service from their employees. A bunch of high schoolers running the place. They never fill my coffee all the way anymore and mess up the simplest orders. Please fix this mess before I start going to starbucks
Slow service but they seem short staffed. I get the feeling that they are doing the best they can.
Friendly staff, very clean, relaxed atmosphere and good prices for the inflated area.
I have been to many dunkin donuts and have had very good experiences. . This was a disgrace. Olivia and rodrigo were busy playing around while the third employee, Sarah did all of the work. Bathroom was filthy. You need to hire new employees and pay attention to this restaurant.
